Refund policy

Orders which have shown as Delivered for over 7 days are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or price matches. Customers have 7 days from the tracking delivered date to let us know of any problems with product or order issues. It is the buyer's responsibility to open their delivered packages in a timely manner and check them over for problems or condition.
- There are no returns or refunds for delivered orders which do not have item issues or seller errors. It is the buyer's responsibility to order the correct items and enter the right shipping information.
- If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can get a refund for the order total minus payment processing fees. Processing fees are not returned to us upon refunds and we are not responsible for eating fees just because you made a mistake or changed your mind.
- Meteor Gem grades very hard to avoid customer disappointment. There is more info about that in our ITEM CONDITION section. If you see an issue with your items you must provide photo proof of the condition when your order shows up. Quality issues are rare and we work with every customer on a case-by-case basis.
- There are no returns or refunds for Blemish or Used item purchases.

- If your item has a factory defect, we will always work with you to get an exchange through the vendor. However we cannot be held responsible for the defect and cannot guarantee that we will get a replacement. Get in touch as soon as possible and we will always do our best on a case-by-case basis.
- Meteor Gem will only match our own price changes, and not any other vendor, label, shop, or distro. We will price match any item for 7 days after purchase. If your item goes on sale we will refund the difference no questions asked. Coupons will not be price matched or applied to previous orders.
- choosing a selection results in a full page refresh
