Elusive Canadian progressive death metal band FOURTH DIMENSION appeared in 1994, dropped this mind-melting demo in 1995, and then fell off the face of the planet (or transcended to the titular fourth dimension). Reissued on vinyl nearly thirty years later in 2023 by Night Rhythms Recordings, "Non-Physical Reality" is a bizarre and addictive release with psychedelic synth-like sections (the original demo cassette makes the near unbelievable claim that “There are no keyboards on this recording”). Way ahead of its time and simply weird, Non-Physical Reality must be witnessed to be believed.
